Recruitment procedure

People are the strength of Exact Systems. We are looking for employees who, through commitment, openness and creativity contribute to great results and the rapid development of our company.

The recruitment process in Exact Systems includes two main steps:

Step 1: verification of application documents

We start the selection of candidates by reviewing the applicant’s documents. We evaluate compatibility of skills and qualifications of a candidate with the expectations shown in the recruitment announcement.

Step 2: interview

Those who have sent us the best application documents are invited for an interview in an appropriate branch office. During the discussions we familiarize ourselves with a candidate's skills, knowledge, experience, knowledge of foreign languages ​​(if the job requires it) and interests. At a same time a candidate receives additional information about Exact Systems and the position for which he applied. Normally two such interviews are held. Each interview also includes a practical part in which candidates are asked to complete appropriate tests to verify the candidate's predisposition to perform a specific job and also their manual skills.
